Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all included parts.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom orders & personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Batteries, electrical components, and special-order parts
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
